Do you accept returns?

Please contact us first if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will only accept returns for unused products in their original packaging (no broken seals). Once we receive the items back, you will be refunded, sans shipping & handling.

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?

My favorite item is out of stock! How can I find out when it is available again?

We only make our products in small batches for quality purposes. Leave us a message on Facebook if you can’t find what you are looking for – we will message you as soon as we get it back in stock!

What about delivery?

For wholesale soap customers and large orders, I may be able to deliver if you are in the immediate area. A small delivery fee may incur. Email me or call first: (631) 774-2854.

I live near Oakdale, Long Island – Can I just pick up my items?

If you’d like to pick up, email or call me before placing an order: (631) 774-2854. I use Square to process credit cards in-person, so this can be arranged. If you already paid through PayPal, I can refund your shipping costs when you come to pick up your items.

Help! I need to adjust my order or shipping information.

When will my order arrive?

Upon receiving payment, we will ship your order out within 48 hours, but usually within 24. We ship through USPS via First Class or Priority Mail (typically delivered within 1-3 days), depending on the weight of your order.

I do not want to use PayPal – Can I order over the phone?

Sure! I use Square to process credit cards over the phone. Call me: (631) 774-2854. Leave a voicemail if I am not there and I will get back to you ASAP.

What types of payment do you accept?

Our online ordering system accepts all major credit cards, securely processed through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders made online can be shipped anywhere in the US. For Canada & UK, please shop in our Etsy store. Through there we can properly calculate your shipping & handling. Thank you!
